Michael focuses his practice on residential real estate, commercial real estate, land use and development, estate planning, and business entity formations. Admitted to practice law in 2014, he has since presided over thousands of real estate transactions. From multi-million dollar commercial transactions to multi-state A&D loans to single-family residential purchases, he has helped guide his clients through the process from start to finish. Michael was named as one of the best attorneys in Summerville by the Summerville Journal Scene in 2019 and 2020.

In 2021, Michael opened Browder Law Firm, LLC after spending seven years at prominent local real estate firms. A Summerville native, he graduated from Summerville High School in 2005. In 2010, he earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and his law degree from Charleston School of Law in 2014.

Michael was named as one of the best attorneys in Summerville by the Summerville Journal Scene from 2019 through 2023.

Outside of the office, Michael enjoys Gamecock athletics, hanging out with friends, and spending time with his wife Margaret and his children Emmie, Anna Reid, and Corbett.

Crystal is an experienced closing paralegal with over twenty years of dedicated service in the real estate industry. Her career began in Southern California, where she supported a wide range of real estate transactions as an escrow assistant before advancing to the role of escrow officer. For over a decade, Crystal has been a trusted South Carolina closing paralegal, known for her commitment to providing clients with exceptional service and guiding them through smooth, stress-free closings.

Her background includes an associate degree in accounting, which strengthens her attention to detail and financial precision—skills she brings to every transaction. In addition, Crystal is a dedicated Notary Public, always ready to assist with clients’ notarial needs.

A proud Summerville native and Summerville High alum, Crystal loves supporting her hometown. Outside the office, she enjoys reading thrillers, exploring new restaurants with her husband, Phillip, and spending time with their beloved maltipoo, Daisy Mae.

Paralegal

Savana is a paralegal with experience in both real estate and estate planning. She has worked in the legal field since 2022 and brings a client-centered approach to her work. She takes pride in her ability to provide clients with excellent customer service while guiding them through closings that run smoothly from start to finish. Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Savana earned her college degree at Charleston Southern University and has called Summerville home ever since. Outside of work, she enjoys browsing bookstores for her latest read, traveling locally and abroad, and discovering local hidden gems around Charleston.

Jonathan focuses his practice on estate planning. Jonathan is passionate about helping clients develop a comprehensive and personal estate plan tailored for their needs and goals.

Prior to joining Browder Law Firm, Jonathan worked at a prominent local estate planning firm. Jonathan is a native of Summerville and graduated from Summerville High School in 2001. In 2005, he graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Business Administration and earned his law degree from the Charleston School of Law in 2013. Outside of the office, Jonathan loves all things sports, spending time with his friends and family, and eating out at all of the amazing restaurants the Lowcountry has to offer.
