Michael Browder
Real Estate Attorney
Michael focuses his practice on residential real estate, commercial real estate, land use and development, estate planning, and business entity formations. Admitted to practice law in 2014, he has since presided over thousands of real estate transactions. From multi-million dollar commercial transactions to multi-state A&D loans to single-family residential purchases, he has helped guide his clients through the process from start to finish. Michael was named as one of the best attorneys in Summerville by the Summerville Journal Scene in 2019 and 2020.
In 2021, Michael opened Browder Law Firm, LLC after spending seven years at prominent local real estate firms. A Summerville native, he graduated from Summerville High School in 2005. In 2010, he earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and his law degree from Charleston School of Law in 2014.
Michael was named as one of the best attorneys in Summerville by the Summerville Journal Scene from 2019 through 2023.
Outside of the office, Michael enjoys Gamecock athletics, hanging out with friends, and spending time with his wife Margaret and his children Emmie, Anna Reid, and Corbett.

Crystal is an experienced closing paralegal with two decades of dedicated service in the real estate industry. Her journey in real estate began in sunny Southern California, handling a wide range of real estate transactions as an escrow assistant and then advancing to an escrow officer. She has been a South Carolina closing paralegal for nearly a decade. She takes pride in her ability to provide clients with superior customer service and guide them toward seamless closings. Her foundation includes an associate degree in accounting, which enhances her attention to detail and financial acumen, ensuring precision in every transaction. She is also a dedicated Notary Public, ready to assist you with your notarial needs.
She is proud to call Summerville her hometown. She is a Summerville native through and through and proudly rallies behind the Greenwave! When she is not immersed in the world of real estate, you will find her alongside her husband, Phillip, and their three children. They share memorable moments at hockey games and band tournaments, cherishing the bonds they have as a family. Adding a sprinkle of joy to their lives is their maltipoo, Daisy Mae. She is an adored member of the family and brings smiles to their faces every day.

Lacey is an experienced closing paralegal, having worked in the industry for almost a decade. She began her real estate journey in Colorado where she was an escrow assistant. When she and her family made Summerville their home in 2018, she then became a real estate paralegal. She has worked on a variety of different transactions for a variety of different clients and circumstances. Lacey has a broad knowledge of the closing process which allows her to approach each file with vigilance. Lacey is dedicated to client satisfaction and takes pride in making sure their needs are met and transactions are closing smoothly.
When Lacey is not in the office she is spending time with her family, which includes her husband Tyler and their two children (daughter) Hayden and (son) Sylas. They are often outside cheering on their kids at sporting events, whether they are at a soccer game or dance recital, they are almost always together as a family.
